1.漏(lou)電保護器布局不合理 由于LED顯(xian)示屏安裝現場所具有(you)的(de)特殊性,如接線(xian)錯誤(wu)、線(xian)路破損、開(kai)關(guan)箱內漏電(dian)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器損壞(huai)、部(bu)分(fen)用(yong)電(dian)器具沒(mei)有(you)經(jing)過開(kai)關(guan)箱等原(yuan)因,以及漏電(dian)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器本(ben)身不(bu)可避免的(de)誤(wu)動和拒(ju)動,再加上沒(mei)有(you)按照實(shi)際用(yong)電(dian)情(qing)況對漏電(dian)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器進行布置,造成了總漏電(dian)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器頻繁跳閘。 在保護范圍(wei)內沒有形(xing)成(cheng)有效的二(er)級或三級漏電保護 2.漏電(dian)保護器本身有(you)一定(ding)的局限性 (1)目前的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)漏(lou)(lou)電(dian)保護(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi),不論(lun)是電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)型還是電(dian)子型均(jun)采用(yong)(yong)磁(ci)(ci)感應(ying)電(dian)壓互感器(qi)(qi)拾取用(yong)(yong)電(dian)設備(bei)主回路(lu)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)漏(lou)(lou)電(dian)流,三(san)相(xiang)或(huo)三(san)相(xiang)四線(xian)在磁(ci)(ci)環(huan)中不可能布置完(wan)全(quan)均(jun)衡。LED顯示屏的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)三(san)相(xiang)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)負(fu)荷也不可能完(wan)全(quan)平衡,在大(da)(da)電(dian)流下或(huo)較(jiao)高的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)過電(dian)壓下,會在有(you)很高導(dao)磁(ci)(ci)率(lv)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)(ci)環(huan)中感應(ying)出(chu)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)動(dong)勢,這(zhe)個電(dian)動(dong)勢大(da)(da)到一(yi)定(ding)程度,就會導(dao)致漏(lou)(lou)電(dian)保護(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)跳閘。由于額定(ding)電(dian)流越大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)漏(lou)(lou)電(dian)保護(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)采用(yong)(yong)相(xiang)對較(jiao)大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)(ci)環(huan),產生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)漏(lou)(lou)磁(ci)(ci)通(tong)也相(xiang)對較(jiao)大(da)(da),且(qie)漏(lou)(lou)電(dian)流要克(ke)服(fu)磁(ci)(ci)環(huan)本身的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)(ci)化力,導(dao)致實際使用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)漏(lou)(lou)電(dian)保護(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)額定(ding)電(dian)流越大(da)(da),靈(ling)敏(min)度越低,拒動(dong)率(lv)也越大(da)(da)。 (2)漏電(dian)保護器在(zai)額定漏電(dian)動(dong)作電(dian)流(liu)和(he)額定漏電(dian)不動(dong)作電(dian)流(liu)之間有(you)一段動(dong)作不確定區域,漏電(dian)保護器的(de)漏電(dian)流(liu)在(zai)此區域內波動(dong)時(shi),可能導(dao)致漏電(dian)保護器無規(gui)律跳閘。 3.漏電(dian)保護器選型不合理 (1)開關(guan)箱內使用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)額(e)定漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)超過了30mA或者是超過用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設備(bei)額(e)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)兩倍以上的(de)(de)(de)漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi),或是選(xuan)用(yong)了帶延時型的(de)(de)(de)漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi),由于額(e)定漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)提高或保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)靈敏度(du)的(de)(de)(de)下降,發生(sheng)漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)故障時,末級(ji)漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi)沒有動(dong)作,上級(ji)漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi)就(jiu)可能(neng)動(dong)作 (2)給LED顯(xian)示(shi)屏通電(dian)(dian)時的(de)(de)啟(qi)動電(dian)(dian)流往(wang)往(wang)都(dou)比較大(da),此(ci)大(da)電(dian)(dian)流可能會使(shi)漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)保護器(qi)(qi)跳閘(zha)。因此(ci),應盡可能分(fen)批次地(di)給顯(xian)示(shi)屏的(de)(de)箱體上電(dian)(dian)。另外,一般(ban)應選用對浪涌過(guo)電(dian)(dian)壓、過(guo)電(dian)(dian)流不太敏感的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)型漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)保護器(qi)(qi);或(huo)選用比額(e)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)流大(da)1.5~2倍的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)子式漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)保護器(qi)(qi),但(dan)作為末級漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)保護,額(e)定(ding)漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)動作電(dian)(dian)流不應大(da)于30mA。 總之,漏(lou)電(dian)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)頻(pin)繁跳閘(zha)(zha)是各(ge)種(zhong)因素綜(zong)合作(zuo)用(yong)的結果,最主要的是要合理布置漏(lou)電(dian)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi),縮小(xiao)二或三級漏(lou)電(dian)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)的保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)范(fan)圍,正確選擇漏(lou)電(dian)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)和(he)接線(xian),使(shi)每個范(fan)圍內的二或三級漏(lou)電(dian)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)處(chu)于(yu)有效保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)狀態。另一方(fang)面(mian)就是加(jia)強用(yong)電(dian)管理和(he)通過培訓提(ti)高(gao)用(yong)電(dian)人(ren)員(yuan)的自身素質(zhi),杜絕非(fei)電(dian)工(gong)接線(xian),這樣(yang)就可以既提(ti)高(gao)用(yong)電(dian)的安全性(xing),又可以減(jian)少漏(lou)電(dian)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)的頻(pin)繁跳閘(zha)(zha),給led屏幕的正常的工(gong)作(zuo)創造較好(hao)的供(gong)電(dian)條件。
